The residential Real Estate transaction inspection service is to provide the prospective buyer with detailed information about the home's current condition.  A detailed report from the on-site inspection includes summaries of major systems and deficiencies (if any), a maintenance plan, and a narrative report that explains items found during the inspection.  After a home inspection by S&P Engineering, Inc. you will find out more about the structure and workings of your new home, what items will need to be addressed immediately, and what items will require future monitoring, maintenance, repair, or replacement.  Our inspection will provide you with the knowledge you need to enter your home informed and prepared.
